By using this website, you agree to the following terms. If you’re not happy with these terms, please don’t use the website. By clicking the ‘Accept’ button you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the following electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

All prices are in UK pounds sterling and include VAT. Prices and delivery charges may change at any time, without notice.
All orders are subject to availability. If we don’t have stock of an item you’ve ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible and give a full refund for that item. If no item in your order is available, we will also refund any delivery costs that you have paid.

Delivery and Returns
In general, your item(s) should arrive within 2 working days of your order but please allow 4 working days before getting in touch.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly Distance Selling Regulations), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the items. After this time, we can’t cancel or refund an order.
If you cancel your order after goods have been despatched, or choose to return an item, then you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Goods should be returned within 14 days of cancellation, and must be in a saleable condition unless a fault was the reason for the return. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. For returned items, we will refund you within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
For whole orders cancelled before despatch, we will refund the total cost of your order, including delivery costs, within 14 days of cancellation.
Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland.
